The London Barber has now opened it's second store and we are looking for team mates who want to work in an awesome environment, develop their skills and earn with the best.

We are located in beautiful Arctic Norway, in a small town called Bodo - the weather is hard but between the ocean and the mountains life is good. Bodo is also a European Capital of Culture for 2024 and the town has started one of Norway's largest contruction projects with a new airport and new city development, things are happening here.

Client Services:
- Delivering high-quality haircuts, fades, tapers, scissor cuts and beard trims tailored to the client's needs.
- Offering advice on styles that suit the client's face shape, hair type and lifestyle.
- Hot towel shaves can be taught with us, if not an existing area of knowledge.

Client Experience:
- Creating a welcoming, professional and relaxed environment.
- Building strong relationships with clients --- listening, remembering their preferences, and offering honest advice.
- Maintaining a clean, hygienic and organized workstation at all times.

Product Knowledge & Sales:
- Recommending hair and grooming products based on individual client needs.
- Staying updated on new trends styles, and tools.
- Upselling services and products where appropriate (never being pushy).

Professional Standards:
- Following hygiene, health & safety protocols (tools disinfected, clean towels, etc.).
- Managing appointments efficiently and respecting time slots.
- Working as part of a team --- supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge, and helping maintain shop culture.

Nõuded kandidaadile

Qualifications:
- A Barber/Frisør who brings positive energy to his clients and team every single day.
- A passion for hair. Working to constantly improve.
- Scissor and clipper skills. Beard trimming and wet shaving can be learnt here.
- English or Norwegian/Swedish language skills.
- Barbershop or hair salon experience.
- We can only accept applications from those with an EU / EEA or Swiss passport or the right to work in Norway. We will not reply to applications from candidates without such.

Keeleoskus:
inglise keel - nõutud (kõnes: B2 - hea, kirjas: B1 - keskmine)
norra keel - soovituslik (kõnes: B1 - keskmine, kirjas: B1 - keskmine)
rootsi keel - soovituslik (kõnes: B1 - keskmine, kirjas: B1 - keskmine)

- Money. Starting salary of 34,000-40,000kr a month before tax. With a pay review after six months.
