Tööülesanded

As head waiter and the person responsible for the evening at
Gränsö Slott’s restaurant, where you deliver service and guest
experiences at a high level. You should have a natural leadership and ability to easily get the personnel on board.
At Gränsö Slott, we have both salons and dining rooms
available to our guests. Our evenings are somewhat of a
“three-dimensional theatre”, where the manor is our stage and
both guests and personnel create and share the experience.
As head waiter, you therefor have an exciting and leading roll
at Gränsö Slott. You are primarily responsible over the
restaurant’s à la carte dining and the personnel who work
during the evening. You welcome our guests and are a big part
of creating a first class and memorable experience for them.

Nõuded kandidaadile

We are looking for somebody with previous experience within
hotels and restaurants, specifically in dining, and somebody
who has previously had leadership positions within the sector.
You are a well-structured leader with a big interest in food and
beverage. You are very service minded and a keen observer of
people, their needs and preferences. You are solution-oriented
and enjoy working at a fast pace. You should be a positive and
enthusiastic person who ensures that colleagues are aligned
and motivated in reaching shared goals.

Keeleoskus: inglise keel - nõutud (kõnes: B2 - hea, kirjas: B1 - keskmine)

The position will start as soon as possible or as agreed with a personalized salary based on previous experience. Probationary position with the possibility of permanent employment.
We will assist in finding accommodation in Västervik.
Approx salary 30-35.000 SEK
